Sie k\u00e4mpfen nicht nur gegen Wilderei, sie sind auch Natursch\u00fctzer, Lehrer, Sozialarbeiter, Vorbilder und vieles mehr.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>2020, im ersten Jahr der COVID-Pandemie, rief die britische gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisation Tusk den Panafrikanischen Halbmarathon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wildliferangerchallenge.org\/\">Wildlife Ranger Challenge<\/a> ins Leben (siehe Video am Ende des Artikels). Vom 30. August bis 17. Die Arbeit besteht darin, sicherzustellen, dass alle ihr Bestes geben k\u00f6nnen, wollen und tun.&#8220; (Bill Owens) \n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Mehr als 100 Wildh\u00fcter-Teams gingen an den Start. Zus\u00e4tzlich zum 21 km langen Lauf mit 21 Kilogramm Gep\u00e4ck auf dem R\u00fccken kamen diverse Zwischenpr\u00fcfungen, zum Beispiel Liegest\u00fctze, Rumpfheben und ein Wissenstest.<\/p>\n<p>Die Thuma Lions absolvierten das Rennen mit einer fantastischen Zeit (2:47:21) und schafften es auf Platz 18!!<\/p>\n<p>Die Challenge wurde ins Leben gerufen, als der Tourismus in Afrika wegen der COVID-Pandemie einzubrechen drohte und Naturschutzorganisationen nicht wussten, wie sie die Geh\u00e4lter der Wildh\u00fcter zahlen sollten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Alle Spenden, die bis zum 17. September 2022 eingingen, wurden vom Scheinberg Relief Fund verdoppelt.
